I don’t have to be the first. But just how many previous owners were there?

That's nuts.

Base price: $29,995, or $205 more than a base Wrangler.

The $60k tag is for a special edition, only 3,500 will be built, and Ford has already sold all of them.

speaking of wrangler and bronco
Quote
If you squint hard enough at the above press photo, you’ll notice that the name Wrangler appears on the outside sidewall of the tires, the brand name of Goodyear’s line of tires that will come equipped on some versions of the 2021 Ford Bronco. That name will not be there when the cars ship, Ford said this week, because Jeep.

Motor1.com reported yesterday that Wrangler would instead appear on the inside sidewall, because Ford couldn’t abide possibly reminding people that a competitor to the Bronco exists.

I wonder if Goodyear will have to rebrand if they want to stay OEM

Does anyone know much about the Hyundai Ioniq or the Honda insight (sp)? Hybrids other not from Toyota.

My Honda was in the shop a few weeks ago for oil/safety and I wandered the back lot while it was there- I don't think I noticed any hybrids

I have an Accord Hybrid and it's spectacular. V6-like power, consistently 48 MPG in the summer (44 in the winter).

The Ioniq and it's Taiwanese counterparts (KIA NIRO and others) are sturdy little units. An actual dual clutch six speed, no CVT feel. My daughter has a NIRO that gets 45-50 and she drives... assertively.

The Honda is actually an electric car. The engine just generates electricity. (There is a wet clutch that will hitch the engine to the wheels from about 40 to 50 MPG if you are not accelerating.)  Consequently though, the engine speed and car speed are asynchronous. You have to get used to it Once you do though, ICE-only cars seem crude.

The Ioniq gets 58 highway, which would be good for me since most of my miles are highway.  The Honda is a sedan rather than a hatch.  I'm inclined to go for mileage > than 54 because that's what the clean car agreement required. Both Toyota and Hyundai are supporting the rollback, so I don't feel good about giving them money, but the Hondas don't get quite as good mileage.  The Accord sounds interesting, too.

Hyundai may be supporting the rollback, but they're way out front on electric cars and hybrids. Look at a NIRO if you want to see a crossover style hatch. You're taller than me, so I'm not sure you'd like the fit.

Traded in my highly customized, 20 years owned, 2001 Harley Road King, and picked up this mildly customized, new-to-me, 2016 Harley Forty-Eight. The Forty-Eight has Vance & Hines shorty pipes and ECU mapping along with some functional and cosmetic upgrades.

The Road King was bumped to 1,550cc's and 98 wheel horsepower, and it would get up and go, but this 1,200cc Sportster screams. Not a Hyabusa by any means, but plenty stout for my taste.

I had a new '82 and a new '99 Sportster back in the day...really happy to be going back to my roots...at 68...lol...

Guess I have to change my screen name to VA48...
