A lot of people are going to say that was another bad 9th inning showing by Drew Storen...

You're right...it was another bad showing by Storen...

Looked like the SF pitching coach was gonna make a play (or wanted to) on the ball into the bullpen.

A lot of people are going to say that was another bad 9th inning showing by Drew Storen without giving a second thought to the situation he came into.  With a 4 run lead the one thing you can't do is walk someone so he came out throwing strikes exactly how he was supposed to do it.  When the situation called for it he threw a lot fewer straight fastballs down the middle and got it done.  Very good outing from Drew Storen.

This. He gave up one hard hit.

You're right...it was another bad showing by Storen...
It is if you ignore the fact that he executed exactly the way he was supposed to execute (throw strikes and if they hit it good for them) with a 4 run lead.  The fact that the Giants did too speaks to the fact that that is a good team San Francisco has.  The fact that Storen changed his approach to that more appropriate for an actual save situation and went 1-2-3 after that should tell you all you need to know.

He sucked...again...

I'm ignoring nothing...2 hits to start an inning is NOT the freakING plan!

If people aren't whining and moaning about the Nats offense, they're whining and moaning about Storen.  I love how the people who were saying our season was over two hours ago have nothing left to say but rag on Drew.  The double was smoked but the blooper was bad luck.
