We need an offensive overhaul. 2B, C, SS all big priorities.

Need efficient consistent high OBP guys who dont strike out. I couldnt care less if they dont hit homers.

You mean we should be more like Oakland?

I feel sorry for the slub on the mound when we lose this game because the offense (and Matt Williams) lost this game.

Holiday ended around 8.  Wasn't going to log on except I figured it might help the offense.  Hopefully the Nats.

Welcome, Jews!

Seriously - did anyone post the pitch f/x on the walk to Panik in the 9th?  Those pitches looked a lot like stuff that was called strikes all night, but they were called balls.

It was awful, bro. Then the gifts to Affeldt when he was struggling.

You mean we should be more like Oakland?

They were fine till they stupidly dealt Cespedes. Even then, they had more runs in one playoff game then well likely have this whole series.

It was total dogsh*t. Could not believe JZimm got squeezed like that.
that's the thing.  The dogpoop unmpire did not want the game to end calling anything close strikes.

While y'all are nagging, Blevins and Stammen have been doing fantastic work.

Ray Knight has gone done "clinics" for how we should hit these kind of pitchers.

The bigger question is why can't ANYBODY hit this pitcher?  I can see certain players but the entire lineup?

Let Stammen hit! Make him be the first reliever to ever hit a walkoff!
