Isn't one of the qualifications of being major league manager is psychic ability???

If that were true they wouldn't have to play at all.

It may very well be a mistake but I just feel that's the way the team will lean. I think Laroche is prepared for it though.

Here is a question: If you took all the money going at LaRoche and spent it on replacing Cabrera, what does that money get you?  Someone good.

Someone will be hurt. Cannot assume that a team will go through a season with seven regular field players plus two catchers. Need someone better than Frandsen, Shierholtz, McLouth, or Chad Tracy Equivalent.

When is anyone going to notice how well Frandsen has been playing since the ASB?

He throws a bit of a mix of 2 seam and 4 seam, in different ways.  He spoke out in response to that article that showed him throwing 17 fastballs or whatever it was that one game.

That article was pretty funny though.

Not many guys will accept that role and money and continue to come back. he is a great bench/locker room guy. you can't have replacement players who play at a 4 WAR level otherwise they would be everyday players and earning big mnoney

I'd be interested to see if he gets double-switched into the game.

You're right. More of an RGIII in a blowout this December situation

Without supplying statistics, it's a WNFF Mindfact.

Is this your opinion, or has there been a press release I overlooked?

Before ASB - 239 .295 .297 .592
After ASB - .294 .300 .338 .638

He has improved his average considerably.

This is what happens when you only show up during playoff runs.  :poke:
