Why Detwiler?  This is ending badly obviously.

When they showed the dugout after the Laroche homer and just now when Roark was relieved I didn't spot Span either time.  A little worried.

It takes a few minutes to regenerate skin in the bacta tank

Is Matt Williams confused?  These are all right handed hitters.

Span was just spotted entering GW University hospital.   :nervous:

Is that the gout treatment?

You can't walk the tying run on base there.

Alright you guys are giving me a stroke.  Crap for Detwiler.  This better mean he's benched for the playoffs.

NATW - nobody here would do that

Nor would anyone here miss the Natsalltheway's joke association of "gout" and "pulling my leg".

We're a very good team and I think we have a good shot to win the World Series, but I suspect the illusion that we're invincible is about to crumble...

Yeah you're right about it belonging in another discussion thread. I'm not even worried about next season. I'm more concerned with the now and want to enjoy the current run.

i certainly couldn't care less if we in this year then suck for 5 i wouldn't care just win

Doesn't Detwiler only have 1 pitch?  How does he stay in this league?
