Can I be a part of your team?  Or is there no room in your lineup like the nats?

Of course. The Sunshine Squad welcomes all.

Two things you should know. It's an attitude and commitment for life. Don't bail if the times get tough. And then there are the cruel hazing rituals. :o

LaRoche is getting locked back in.

Hang on everyone. We're going on a run.

Most HR by a LHB before age 22:

Mel Ott 86
Eddie Mathews 72
Ken Griffey Jr. 60
Bryce Harper 50*
Ted Williams 49

*Harper is still age 21

how is Mike Trout not on that list?

Nice going Nats. A double birthday beat down! Too bad LaRoche didn't cash in the grand salami to ice the cake.

Washington Nationals ‏@Nationals 1m

#Mariners have yet to figure out a way to retire Anthony Rendon. 4 hits (2 1B, 1 2B, 1HR) & BB. 1st time he's ever reached base 5x in a game

:worship:

Can we just take a moment to appreciate just how good Anthony Rendon is?

If you're not drunk GTFO.  :judge:

I think athletes tend to be SSS because they have to hang in there and fight. They can't mope and give up like some of the Negative Nancys on this board.

  I didn't even notice the LHB part.

Tony C. would be up there for RHBs.

Plus the absence of Frank Robinson, ARod and mickey Mantle should've been a dead giveaway.   :-[

The lack of a flood to the exits is kind of amazing I have to admit.

Seattle is a great baseball town, and the views from the stadium to the mountains are amazing, at least the one time I was there

Have to give Seattle fans credit. They love their sports teams and support them passionately. Theyre basically the opposite of Atlanta.
