Where are you coming from? I think I might try a little rye for a change. Any recommendations?
Montreal.
Left on time but stopped 30 minutes because a passenger took ill somewhere in podunk mintysville NY. Literally stopped the train until an EMS came from the next county to pick the person up. Then a 10 minute locomotive change in Albany took 45 minutes.
Rye, eh? If you're not sure how deep to plunge in, Bulleit is a pretty good medium quality value rye. I used to like Wild Turkey but they dumbed it down from 101 to 81. If you don't mind spending 35+ there are good options. Canadian Club is a blend that I think has close to 50% rye content, if you're on a train with few other options.
