Still no access to Access....
Are SPH gonna get anything in the mail this year or have they given up on that part of the experience as well???

Supposed to be a cool little leather box but I'm not sure if that's just for full season holders?

It should work the same for SH resales.

I realise that the Nats website is still a work in progress with the season not yet started, but I'm hoping they bring back the old STH/StubHub portal (for selling one's tickets through StubHub and for maintaining one's account generally - includes my complete ticket inventory, ToDo list and other account information - it was accessible from the 'Sell Your Tickets Through StubHub' link) that they've had the last few years. The Nats Plus site doesn't work on my office computer and involves a password I last used some five years ago and have long since forgotten.

Pretty sure the site you're referencing can be accessed at nationals.com/mytickets.

Went to that site (which is NOT linked to off the washingtonnationals.mlb.com website fyi and although it LOOKS like the same site I used last year to list tickets on stub hub...I can take no action on any of the tickets in my inventory....so, who knows what the Nats have planned for us.

I couldn't take action on the tickets in my inventory last year till a little closer to opening day.  Then all the functions like Post on StubHub and Print all came alive.

The Access site is up and running but I don't have the capability to add partners. Anyone else have that problem?

Exactly the same result when I tried it yesterday.

"Sell on stubhub" became available for me this morning and seemed to work fine for my two extra 4/6 tickets.

Mine worked just now too. I guess a bit more patience on my part would not be amiss...

Does the 'Guaranteed Giveaways' link work for anybody else?

Not yet, and no Exchange functionality yet, but this is dead similar to last year where the site went up and little by little it went from "nothing works" to "everything works."
I don't think they reached full "everything works" till about a week before opening day, maybe a bit less.

Just got an email from the Nats that basically said that everything was/will be  functional. Ticket exchanges will begin on March 16 and that partners could be added now. I haven't tried the promotions yet.

The exchange feature is live. And it's pretty swanky. Pretty much gives you a credit to apply to another game, and you go through the standard select-a-seat picker like you're just buying new seats.

I'm not a SPH and don't follow some of the nuance of the changes.    What would you (SPH) say is the bottom line  ...  saves them money or saved them some hassle?     Doesn't appear they're makin' their SPH base happy.

Are you finding a lot of games unavailable? I've tried 3 different games I wanted to pick up and no luck (including a freakin Reds game with no giveaway item so why that is not available is beyond me).
Also are you able to combine tickets from multiple games, so like if you have 2 pair and you want 1 game with 4 tickets?  Because that errors for me too.

When I look at June, the Reds games on June 23, 24, and 25, come up as being available.

The blackout dates they posted are 4/3, 4/29, 5/12, 5/27, 5/28, 6/10, 6/26, 6/27, 6/28, 6/29, 7/4, 8/12, 8/26.

On the filter at the top of the eligible dates, you can select All Games or display them by the month.

Also, since you can only exchange tickets at the same ticket price or at a lesser value, it's possible that there are no seats available in your section.

It doesn't look like you can combine tickets from multiple dates, you just have to exchange them one game at a time, but since you can select your seats you should be able to exchange seats from two different dates for a single game with the seats together as long as they are available.

I think there is some weird IT stuff going on and also some big issues with availability in my section. A bunch of the games I formerly could not see (like that Reds game) are now visible but I can only find scattered singles to most of the games if I want to try to stay more or less within my seating tier (which I do). I did exchange for a few games with higher priced seats and paid an upcharge, which I'm not entirely OK with. I know there are seats still for sale that are not being offered for exchange because I can look up certain games and see them, and while I don't mind having some caps on availability, it makes the benefit close to worthless if I have to check 4 or 5 games till I find even one that has a pair of seats together, let alone 4.  I paid the upcharge for specific games because #1 it's still cheaper than buying new tickets from scratch and #2 there's other factors making these "must have" games, but I feel like i already give the Nats enough money and they can swap me a stupid Braves game so I can take my brother and his kid to the damn ballpark.

end rant (or maybe not, since my ticket rep has yet to reply to the email I sent her).

It's working now. Go under "Special Offers" tab on the My Nationals account. You get a voucher booklet for practically all the giveaways for $100. Seems like a good deal to me. Two booklets per account.

EDIT: You get all the below for $100.

Nationals Magic 8 Ball
Daniel Murphy Bobblehead
Trea Turner Bobblehead
Max Scherzer Snow Globe
Star Wars Chewbacca Koozie
Tanner Roark Bobblehead
Patriotic Tank Top
Game of Thrones Promo Item
Nationals Fedora
Kids Coloring Book
Bryce Harper Starting Lineup Action Figure
Beer Stein

I bet they're saving seats for season ticket sales. I suspect seats will open up as the season goes along. I exchange as I go along, for the most part.

So far, so good - the StubHub resale feature seems to be working, with four tickets posted and one thereof sold.

Season ticket holder gift just arrived. It's a nice little box, actually a bit nicer than expected.   During the Hot Stove session, Valerie had said it was probably imitation leather (ha ha pleather) but it smells like leather to me.

Inside is just a little marketing type info.

Compartments make this box actually a bit more useful than I'd expected.  It's nice and sturdy too. I wouldn't give it to a kid to carry school supplies back and forth (although I'm guessing the days of carrying your stuff in a flip top cigar-type box are long gone) but it'll do nicely on my desk or something.

All in all, it's about 900000% better than the lanyards we got last year.

I do miss paper ticket books but I can understand why they don't really do them any more.

Does that card w/ the Ballpark app info say anything about us being able to use it for entry/payment this year? I know it was mentioned at the Hot Stove event, but I think I remember that being mentioned about 3 years ago at NatsFest and never came to be anything.
