Here's to hoping you're healthier this year. The ticket exchange option is a nice one to have but this year they're limiting the number of exchange you can have per plan.

Feeling way better and rarin' to go.

Actually it may not have been the ticket exchange per se but the ability to place tickets on Stub Hub - I sold numerous tickets that way.

Resale should be easier this year because of all the hype around the team, especially if they get off to good start.

I'm being told that the Nats Access website will finally be live -- within the next 90 minutes

Access interface totally screwed up for anyone else?  I can log in, but after that it's a mess.  I'm on Chrome.

Nope. So far, so good. It looks more or less like last year.

RCR looks like it's up, but it's charging the wrong amount of points.  For example, a Club seat for a weekday game should cost 500 points according to the RCR webpage, but the games on Wednesday 4/8 and Thursday 4/9 are charging 750 points.  I reported it to my ticket rep and he agreed it was incorrect and is having the website guys have a look.

But its showing my RCR at zero. Shouldn't I have some to start the year with?

Mine says zero too. Give them some time to post the RCR points. There's nothing up there to redeem  points for anyway.

Save yourself a few headaches and wait until they sort out some of the kinks. I learned the hard way last year.

I've already emailed some seats, invited some new partners, and send an email (outside the system) to returning  partners to activate their accounts. All seems well at this point. My e-cash transferred over too.

Exchanges are not active at this point.

Like I said above, I would wait a few days and let them sort out the RCR points.

Mine has a balance of 16,000 points (4 full-season tickets).  But maybe they haven't updated everyone's account yet.

I spent a couple of hours this morning transferring games to my 16 partners with no major problems. Yes, that's 16. I have two full plans; I split one 10 ways and one 8 ways.

The only technical issue I encountered was one partner not being able to send tickets "Back to Parent" after I sent her some wrong tickets. Has anyone else tried this?

And, oh, the site still works way too slow.

I finally broke down and called the Nats about the inability to bring back tickets after transferring them to partners. They're working on it, they said.

I also asked them about the RCR pionts, since my account read zero. They transferred my points over but I was unable to transfer them to my partners.

Has anyone tried to transfer RCR points yet?

It looks like the Nats have enabled the ticket exchange page:

I just tried an exchange from last year's rain out, and the drop down only had games in April.  I don't see anything in the rules about trading only for games in the next month, so hopefully this is another glitch that they'll fix.

The drop down menu shows the whole season for me. I've already traded in a couple of games.

Has anybody tried to cash in or distribute RCR points? My distribution function doesn't seem to be working.

If I remember correctly, they limited the time period you could exchange the rain out tickets for from last year.

It all changed from 2013 rainouts.  LAC

Which rainout are you dealing with?

No rainouts. Just exchanging games I can't make. I might have misunderstood his post.

Regarding RCR points, the Nats emailed me and told me they're not active yet so you can't distribute them.

The 9/24 game.  They pushed it over into this year because it was so late into the season.  I also tried other games as tests, and I still got drop downs only for April games.  I'll have to give my rep a call.

It is only good for April games.  Been there and done that.  It is noted on the link I posted.

Also posted in another thread from several weeks ago:

OK...then for now this thread will do / rant on /:

Drove to Nats Park today to trade-in September 24, 2014 rain-out tickets.  No small feat...a 4 hour 200 mile round trip.  Told:

1.  9/24/14 tickets could only be traded-in for April 2015 games.  Really...what if I didn't get back up here until May?

2.  Cannot trade-up.  For instance...you have 4 $30 seats from 9/24/14 and want 2 $60 seats in trade.  No can do, Kimosabe...gotta be in the same section.  I said what if you don't have them in the same section...told will be close.  I said the upgrades I want are close.  No sense of humor...

I did not have this issue in 2014 with 2013 rain-out tickets.  Seems pretty sh!tty...not sure why they care where I sit as long as the value is the same or I pay the difference...but no...

Came home thinking I'll call the mothership on Monday and at least give them a piece of my mind...for all the good that will do.

Has anyone's partners received their new cards yet?  I received mine with my welcome kit, but no one else has yet.
