Time after time, Strasburg starts off badly.

Most hits given up in the league.  How is that an ace?

Looks like the umpire has a decent jab.

Not his fault...he hasn't gotten much run support...

He is no longer a dominant pitcher. whether its because his mechanics are off or he has been convinced to pitch to contact instead of the way he had pitched his entire college career I don't know. but something is amiss

When you're down 3-0, 3-1, 4-1 after 1 inning, it kind of takes the wind out of your sails.

He is 26 years old.  This is who he is.  Not a bust, but not a phenom.

He's leading the NL in strikeouts so that can't be it.

It's like being down 2 runs when you're down 2 runs...

So disappointing. He's definitely our fourth worst starter right now.

If Strasburg could enter the game in the 2nd inning, he'd be alright.  His first innings have been murder.
