You're nicer than me, I only put up with the attorney doing it because I need the moolah, at my house NO ONE gets away with gum snapping

Hey, at least we won the series. Keep winning series and we'll be in good shape.

The problem with that plan is the teams behind us can sweep their series.  A few winning series from us and sweeping series from them will put us in third place.

Sanguillen was a great catcher and had the misfortune of playing in the same league as Johnny Bench, arguably the greatest catcher of all time.

My worst memory of Sanguillen was him playing left field against the Reds.    I mean, who could imagine a catcher playing left field?    ;)

He was small and very athletic. I actually remember him stealing a base or two, crazy for a catcher then and now.

It's usually more than just that, but that's what started it. CarGo is an ass an everybody around the league knows it.

well, I think it's obvious who's not a true ace...yet...but, he is young, and he has time to (hopefully) develop into one.  while, on the bright side, he is a solid starter, and he is a solid part, of a solid staff, and you can't not take that...

We really needed to do better against Estrada - he had surrendered home runs in his last 12 starts.
