I'm not familiar with this Rolling Thunder, I'm assuming it's a motorcycle rally of some sort? Well I'm following your photobucket account now so hopefully through the pics I can get an idea of it.

Ah. But usually I hear a few groups coming in to town.

They are all gettin' well oiled in Fort Washington this afternoon...most likely...

CCSP always is mobbed for Rolling Thunder.  It's like the classic row of motorcycles lined up on 23rd and you wonder what'll happen if someone played dominoes.  They sell a tee shirt there.  The bartendrettes know to get the low cut tank tops.

It wasn't so much enlightening you as testifying.

In some form or another, I'll be attending.    I haven't ridden in it for a few years but I always attend.    I like to ride on Saturday to the hinterlands with a bunch of old farts.    Sunday, not so much in the downtown demonstration.    I get to the Pentagon and hang out.     If I get some good shots and figure out this photobucket thing, I'll send 'em to ya.

Do it up right, mitlen...can't wait to see the pictures.  I'll be thinking of you all this weekend, and plan to join you in 2016.

I've got to say after what happened in Waco I'm kind of seeing bikers all riding together in a kind of different light :(  Has there ever been any trouble with this event?
