I agree putting in Det was a bad move, honestly I hope it's the last we see of him.  But Blevins has appeared in the second most games of any Nats pitcher.  I would have put in Stammen, especially with 3 righties coming up.

Stammen pitched 4 innings/54 pitches on Saturday and you would pitch him on Monday?

Detwiler in the bullpen is not working out - how many more demonstrations do we need?  Agree with every one who feels the ending of this game hurts.  The Nats managed to come back against their closer, a very difficult feat, and then lost the game. Also that hit that wasn't of Rendon's - even Rendon looked in shock that Phillips had caught it.  Bad managing (Detwiler) and bad luck (two outstanding Cinncinati defensive plays) - never a winning combination.

Knew we lost when Williams didn't sac bunt after the leadoff double. Just a terrible decision. And then of course, compounded by going with Detwiler there(although may not have had any arms left).

Lobaton needed to put that ball into play. What a miserable AB. Span too for that matter. Just awful.

In the 15th inning?  Yes.
