How many teams would have good runs per game if you eliminated the games they scored 6-10 runs?

While it sounds silly, I get what he was saying. Basically, we score a BUNCH of runs in games that are already decided. But when we need big knocks late, we don't get them. So the stats may say we're average or something offensively, when in reality we're pretty terrible.
Think of it this way: would you rather have three games in a row scoring 4, 3, and 4, or 8, 2, and 2? The latter technically has more runs scored but the team that scores 4 3 and 4 is likely to be 2-1 if not 3-0 while the 8 2 2 is probably 1-2. Now extrapolate that over the season and you have 2013-2014 Nats offense.
