Again, with the baserunning. I would love for someone to do a study to see if this "aggressive baserunning" is worth it. I'm betting it's not.

Rendon at 2nd, he plays.

Preparing for Zimm's return, Matt Williams is.

Made, is his decision.

Much fear in Zimmerman's throws to first, I sense.

:lmao:

Definitely not worth it.

We kill so many potential rallies with that type of crap. Could have been 2 on, 1 out with heart of order up.

Way to give a free out to a bad pitcher.  Good going!

It's worth it if you're aggressive AND smart about it AND have great speed to threaten teams and cause them to make errors. Otherwise you're better off not trying that crap.

Why is their baserunning so bad? Negated the walk. If you go you'd better make it period.

Come on Rendon, for once let us be the team that grabs a nice early lead.

Oh good, a pitcher having trouble finding the strike zone. We usually eat dick when we play those.

We have one of those three.

The Frandsen base running gets us out of the inning.

I thought McLouth was a good outfielder? Sheesh. Morse just made a great catch in Atlanta a few minutes ago right at the wall.

It's clearly becoming a mental thing with this team. We never take advantage of pitchers' mistakes early and yet teams always make us pay.

Are they even aware that they can go through the first inning without giving up runs?
