The Pads announcer is talking to their sideline guy Mark Sweeney, but MLB.tv mutes Sweeney for some reason, so we are just hearing one side of the conversation. It's weird.

Pretty potent indictment of Jeff Francouer when one considers that Xavier Nady is on San Diego's major league squad while Frenchy is stuck in AAA.
