you almost have to wonder if the Nats are betting against themselves, i just don't know how you explain 0-17 with RISP.

The players are terrible absolutely. Call up some veteran turds from AAA like Will Rhymes who can at least lay down sac bunts and maybe we'd win more games.

So you are mad at Walters, Moore, McLouth but want AAA players?  I think you will find anything in the minors less than these guys broseph.

I thought Monday's loss was awful but it has nothing on this one.

Our team LOB tonight was 30. Biggest culprits: Rendon (5), Lobaton (4), Desmond (4), LaRoche (4).

From today's games:

Baltimore: 14 hits, 11 runs
NYY: 14 hits, 14 runs
Oakland: 14 hits, 10 runs
Detroit: 13 hits, 7 runs
Tampa Bay: 13 hits, 7 runs
Minnesota: 12 hits, 9 runs

Nationals: 16 hits, 3 runs

So every OTHER team with 12 or more hits got at least 7 runs home. Pathetic.

Sadly this is a question I don't have an answer to.

It's not their fault they are not good. It's Rizzo's fault we don't have better options.

Desmond and Rendon combined 0/10 in the 2 and 5 spots hurt big time.

But you said dip into AAA to get someone that can get it done.  There is no one in the minors that can get it done if these guys cant

Jesus you must be on the crack.  How are you going to re-substitute the starting pitcher as a pinch hitter?

0/17 RISP has to be a record right?  Who keeps such a stupid freaking stat?  Just tell me it is and move along.

The Mets lost a 20 inning game where they went 0-19 with RISP.

I can't find the overall MLB record.

I believe you and relish that tonight didn't set a new record.

Freaking Harper. At least make an effort to get back.

Just saw the replay, WTF is wrong with him. No accountability and no effort whatsoever.
