I'm really not as big a fan of Gio as other people. If it came down to one game with him starting, well, I'd be shocked if I wasn't disappointed.

Well I've never been to a playoff game so consider yourself extremely lucky

I do...it's really nice to have those kind of experiences and realize how special they are when they are happening.  That's why I'm really SSS, you don't get many seasons like last year in your baseball fan life span, and even times like the last six weeks don't happen very often.

We've been there and saw the results.  :hang:

They should've forced him to run for another 20 seconds.

That's why Game 4 last year was so special for me.    I realized what the hell was going on.

It's a sad day when Dexy's Midnight Runners has more hits than the Nats currently do.

Game 4 was my best experience at a sporting event. The way the next game started was also special. The first three innings were incredibly exciting. Then Gio and Storen happened.

Game 4 was my best experience at a sporting event.

I've had a few that rank right up there  ...  '83 NCAA Final  ....  1979 Bullets/Spurs  ...  but Game 4 was certainly my favorite in person baseball game.

Game 4 was my best experience at a sporting event.

That was amazing, Werth's at bat was the best individual performance/play I've ever seen in person, even above Clemente's 3000th hit.  Only reason I put the '71 series game ahead of game 4 is because I was 12 and at a WS game with my dad (and the Bucs won!)

    Outstanding

I watched the '71 series on an Army base with 50 of my best friends.   :)

My bad.  I thought I heard no-hitter, but I have the volume low as I'm trying to tune them (by "them," I mean "Bob") out.
