just once, I'd like to hear a guy on a post game interview say, "I'd like to thank Satan, to whom I sold my soul, in order to have that 29 game hitting streak.  That, and the heavy drinking which calmed me down in the batting box and allowed me to start going the opposite way.  Speaking of the opposite way, let me also thank my partner, Butch, for standing by me in the tough times."

I'm gonna guess it be something to do with Knorr having to walk the plank and shots being fired across the bow without us being able to gaffe the bastards!
