LaRoche should be bunting.

Zimmerman home run distances tonight: 401 for the first, 405 for the second.

Jageler still can't get over how a wild pitch can be a called strike ('I think we've beaten this horse').

There's nothing wrong with LaRoche's leg.

Good baserunning by Werth. Eovaldi should have taken the double play

This team is so stupid swinging at 3-0 pitches. They never do damage.

Ramos' speed is insanely slow. Every player in baseball scores on that one.

Had Ramos hustled on his hit he would've scored on that double!  :bang:

How nice would it be if every Nat played that heads-up?

He was always slow but never as slow as he is this year. Should have had a double initially and on that one he should have scored. That ball was down the line and to the corner and no one was close to it.

Eovaldi had eight shut-out innings vs Atlanta, his last start (per Jageler)...now the Nats are lighting him up.

Julie reminds me of the old DJ's in the '60s.   They'd talk right up to the start of the lyrics and really not say anything.   Julie does the same with the information she delivers right up to the first pitch.   You can hear her scrambling for filler.

Eovaldi out (pinch-hitter Brantley now on deck for his slot).
