No one mentioned today's game, an 11-9 loss. As I was clicking on the box score link, I was thinking, "please don't let one of our pitchers have been involved in this mess" and none of our pitchers pitched today.
But we did have two position players, Skole was 1 for 2 with 3 walks (yes 3, not a typo) and Nieto was 1 for 3 with 2 walks and neither of them struck out.
I know this is a case of EXTREME small sample size but Nationals players have been the stars of the AFL.
