I can see Harper's little rant didn't apply to his own play.

Obviously no one was listening.....  himself included.

Some fat pitches from Jordan. Lucky to escape scoreless.

This umpire has a terrible strike zone. Awful.

That was a sickening camera shot of Davey and his buddy LaRoche laughing it off in the dugout while the Nats get completely dominated by some scrub from their bullpen.

Maybe, but we can't be this bad.  Is someone poisoning them?

Tyler Moore drives in Perez with a double.  Chiefs 6-5.

This team is mind numbingly boring. I find myself zoning out every five minutes.

Just turned off all sound except for Hanoi Rocks.  Let's try this approach.  If chins gets on base I'm sticking with it.

So is Rizzo going into next season operating under the assumption LaRoche will play better and closer to his career norms? Unless he is, I can't imagine why they aren't giving to the reps to Marerro or Tyler Moore.

Is it bad to not know who that is?

That's what happens when you lose 17 pounds since spring training.

$14MM tied up in a pedestrian closer that can't even get on the field...another $13MM in a washed up starter...and $10MM in a terrible corner infielder.

What could $37MM have bought us?

Another leadoff baserunner. Jordan just hasn't looked right in over a month.
