Kind of a strange article, they list all of the January and February transactions from the past few years and then question whether another "surprise" move will happen this year. How can it be a surprise of Rizzo makes a significant trade or signing during this time frame every year?

It's kind of like the Spanish Inquisition. You knew they were out there, but when they showed, it always was a surprise.

is Michael Young going to take the stance of Everyday, or retire?

Teams have shown interest and nothing came around.
He is still sitting out there.
Would allow us to use Tyler Moore's option year so he could play every day.
A right handed insurance plan/platoon for ALR and can play other infield positions (not short)

I'd rather sign Jeff Baker if we're looking for a platoon partner. Younger and probably cheaper as well.
