They waste pitching almost every night, Bob.

We now have 3 SPs with an ERA under 3. What a freaking sin this offense is. We should be 15 games over .500.

Gio is pitching well (besides letting lead-off hitters get on base).  It is so sad watching this offense continue their struggles.  It is almost impossible to be as bad as they have been in big situations.

Another baserunner to squander. It's just comedy at this point.

Slowes: 'hoping he [LaRoche] might be able to play tomorrow'.

Chad Tracy now an incredible 5-for-7 all-time vs Greinke.

Tracy gets hits when it doesn't matter.  Maybe a little bottom of the lineup rally?

3-1 count. Routine grounder to 3B. Should have been an easy double play.

Greinke continues to pitch from behind in the count and the Nats can't make him pay.

If our SP was pitching like this they'd be getting lit up for 5+ runs.

That's why you should have someone with a little speed batting 8th.  It requires a less perfect bunt by the pitcher to get him to 2nd.
