Tourist consumption would skew the stats, if total beer consumed divided by population were the formula, as tourists are in the numerator but not the denominator.
Just saying.
That would assume that the number of beers consumed by tourists in Gabon is significantly higher than the number of beers consumed by tourists in South Africa, which would at least be directly correlated to the number of tourist and just based on the number of people on my flights into and out of Libreville....I don't think tourist consumption is a factor.
The beer, however, was pretty good, and a heck of a lot cheaper than what I can get in Nats Park.
