Except for the part where it's no more injury prone than feet first and it makes more outs. He slides head first to the outside of the base, he's safe.

Wonder how many fans made the trip down? Lots of Philly fans there last night even though the crowd was fairly small. The cold kept everyone calmed down, I didn't see any trash talk from either side.
