I can't wait till Zim comes back and we can get Espinosa back to the bottom of the lineup.

I don't care who is in the lineup today. I just want to see them not roll over for Hudson.

I think Davey may be teaching Rendon a lesson after assuming the catch was going to be made and slowing down only to get thrown out at home on Sunday.  That is the only thing I can think of - he has rubbed Davey the wrong way.
that, and he's trying to get lefties into the line up against Hudson.  His OPS against lefties over his career is almost 100 points higher than against righties.  It does not hold for our regulars, as Werth and Desi have the highest OPS against him.  Espinosa is the next highest and the highest among guys who hit lefty against him.

I'm guessing he does not want Rendon and Moore having their first PAs against Hudson on the same night.

Nice.  I'm thinking a swinging strike out twice, a two-hopper to 2B, and lazy fly ball to CF.
In 22 games this year, Espinosa has struck out more than once in 4 games (2 in each), but 2 of those 4 games were on 4/28 and 4/29.  He had a double and a single in 8 ABs in those games.

In the past  week, he's struck out 7 times in 7 games.  In 27 PAs over that stretch, he's had 6 hits (1 BB), including 2 doubles and a homer, 3 RBI.  .230 AVG, .259 OBP, .423 SLG.  1 steal.  Not a top of the order hitter most nights, but he's hit Hudson a bit.

Mark Zuckerman @ZuckermanCSN

#Braves announce RHP Luis Ayala (former #Nats reliever) placed on 15-day DL with anxiety disorder.

We could put everyone on this board on the DL with anxiety disorder based on how the season has started

In the Braves viewing market right now, so MLB.TV is blacked out and I'm stuck with Chip Caray. :(

Get Hudson early or it's game over. It's that simple.

Not a great start. Hudson locates the 2 seamer perfectly.
