REED DOUGHTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice play but he should have downed it. My 76 year old MiL is faster than Doughty.

He must not have watched some of the ones he was in.

Agreed. Cooley played on some total crap teams. Year two of Zorn may not have been as depressing but the team may have been even worse.

I'm so tired of watching Polumbus and Chester getting destroyed.

Cooley is an urban myth.

The new coach will have two big time studs in Garcon, Williams, and Morris to build around. Hopefully RGIII will bounce back. Other than that not much on the offense unless Jordan Reed comes back healthy.

I'm with the Bears.    When Ditka went to the Bears, I became a fan.

We ate at his steak house last year...

If he isn't bench after this series then screw this coaching staff. There is a point where a guy just is getting owned and need to take the rest of the day off.

Yeah, I hate hearing Cooley talk on the radio like he was a great player.

I saw Ditka play HS football/baseball at Aliquippa.     When I think of Ditka, I think of Western PA.    :old:

that point was made some time ago. Williams and Lichtensteiger are the only ones that play at a reasonably good level. Montgomery makes for a good backup, Polumbus makes for a good scarecrow and Chester is best served as a backup or FA.

I thought RGIII was the evil prima donna who was the root of the offense's problems.... Or are the struggles a team effort?

Cooley was a pretty damn good player but he was on some crappy teams. Cooley in his prime on last years team would have been pretty deadly. He just wasn't the kind of player that could do it on his own.

I don't watch football much at all anymore but I've already seen a fumble and an interception, and I've only been watching a few minutes.  Worst game ever.

He was good for a couple of years. Big difference between good and great.

RGIII has become a prima donna but he's the least of our offensive worries. The beating he took took its toll on his confidence... Hell, this year has been a perfect storm of incompetence, injury and bad luck. Hitting the reset button is a pretty good idea. Now to find a head coach.

Fire every freaking coach! Trade every freaking player for a draft pick or cut them! And treat this crap like an expansion team. I'm sick of this freaking bullcrap.

Cousins just fell to a 3rd rounder in return   ....

That's being generous. Cousins looks more and more like a slightly better version of John Beck.

No way the Skins get a 3 for him. May as well just keep him as a backup. He is a game managing pocket passer. You can find those in free agency every season.

If the Skins offense around the QB is clicking then Cousins will win you a game (@ Browns last season), but he isn't a guy who has the ability to make dynamic game changing plays. RGIII has the potential to someday be a game changer, not Cousins.
