None of the steroid kings deserves the Hall until Cecil Travis gets in, and Travis has never had a single vote. I remember that someone asked Ted Williams who was the better hitter in 1941: Ted or Joe Dimaggio. "Cecil Travis!' Ted replied. Had a better average than Dimaggio, and a longer hit streak than Williams.
