So does anybody have a "Nationals room" in their house?  When I move into my own house, I want a Room with a W painted on it (One wall straight W, one wall Curly dub) to put all my Nats stuff in.

A man cave, huh?

Nats have never had a losing season in any year in which Teddy has won a Presidents race.

Total bullcrap. Cliff Lee doesn't deserve that call. Off the plate. Lee's the biggest douche in baseball.

Come on now, that is reserved for either A-Rod or AJ Pierzinski.

Nyjer Morgan has got to feel slighted by this.

After he won, he should have body slammed that nag.

Thing is, people actually like the guy because of his different personas.  I don't like him at all after the glove throw down and temper tantrum incident in the field.

To be fair, every player on the Phillies is a giant douche and completely unlikable.

Lucky break.  Does this make up for all those "called" strikes by Lee?

FP mentioned that the little hop at the end of the throw kept Espi from gettin' the glove down in time.

Thanks, looking right over 1st base/Nats dugout in the 400s so didn't see the hop.

I'm not sure Carp got Rizzo's reference right.   I thought Rizzo said Werth rubbed off on Harper.   Speaking of which, let me say, "Hawpa".

If the Nationals don't win the World Series, we now have the Curse of Teddy. First the majority of the season, one of the best records in baseball (possibly the best), no WS victory can only logically be blamed on Teddy.

It would be great from a Marketing standpoint if they don't win the series.

"Teddygate" would reinvigorate the Presidents' race, cause the fans to boo Teddy and cheer when he blows it. Kind of like professional wrestling, when you become stale as a "face" and have a "heel-turn" to get get the fans to pay attention to you again.

Reading the summary now. Has Ruf RBI'd or homered every run the Phillies have scored?
