Were you an old Oilers' fan as well?

Yup. I'm still mad they didn't get the Oiler name back.

SQUAB!  Love your Avi! LOL!

Thanks :)

Continue throwing nothing but fastballs?  That won't work forever.

He's been doing it most of the year. Seems to have worked alright so far

Pretty sure he mixes it up a little more second time around. I wish he would throw his change more.

Well he threw one curveball!!!!

His usual MO is all fastballs first time through and then mixes it up later in the game.   Seems to work for him.

Pirates and Reds level at 2, bottom of 3rd...a Pirates loss would be their 82nd, clinching 20th straight losing season.

Day games?

Seems to just be Sunday day games for me. Other day games look ok.

Didn't Ross do this in his last start?

It seems like all of our starters have had issues walking batters lately. :?

Ok, I checked.  According to Fangraphs' PitchFX data he throws a fastball 80% of the time, and it's his only plus pitch.

The last time he had a plus pitch other than his fastball was a curveball in 2009.  If he can't locate his fastball, he's ineffective.

What does a plus pitch mean?
