Of course they will interview someone in a Nats uni.  These interviews are standard.  Usually the manager or a coach, not a player, but there's nothing new or interesting about putting Medlen on.

Love Espy's quick thinking in "catching" the ball.

Then, of course, he strikes out.

Strasburg should go sit in the bullpen to get tongues wagging and twitter trending.

Anyone else find the Potomac radio ads saying "you can own a piece of a future National" slightly disturbing? I keep imagining like, getting a toe in the mail.

What makes Espi so easy to hit? I know he hugs the edge of the batter's box but...

Lombo is the man!

No, he should be hitting in the cages with Tracy and the other pinch hitters.

He hugs the edge of the batter's box and when he starts his swing, he dives out over the plate.

1933? I thought the Senators went to the playoffs after that, just didn't go to the WS. Or am I wrong.

Yes!!!

Although I'd like to see him pinch hit for a pitcher.

That was indeed the last one...divisional playoffs didn't start till 1969, two years before AL Senators 2.0's farewell season.

Wow.  The Nats have the hardest time stealing bases this year.

Still no word on McCann's condition, per Jageler.
