Off to Green Bay again in 2 weeks...taking our oldest daughter and the SOL this time for the Packers / Jets game since my SOL is a Jets fan, and I figure I will be 78 the next time the Jets play in Lambeau in 16 years.  Not sure the math is right, but close enough...

My daughter (and wife) still can't abide with the whole Vick thing, so she will also be sporting a Rodgers jersey that I got for her.

If you've never been to Lambeau, these folks put together a nice package, and the SpringHill Suites Hotel is only a few blocks from the stadium:

2 weeks in paradise; lived in Honolulu for four years; most places were a letdown after being there for a while.
30 years later I can now go to other beaches and enjoy them.

That's when my wife and I moved...1995.  I lived on Oahu for 8 years...she was there for 19.

we spent our last day at Hapuna Beach on the Big Island.  It's easily the most beautiful beach I've ever visited.  Pictures on the web don't do it justice.  Great waves, crystal clear water, no jelly fish.  The highlight of the trip though was hiking Kilauea Iki in Volcano National Park on the Big Island, a roughly 1 mile or so wide, 400' deep crater that was the site of a massive eruption in 1959.

here's a pic, note the size of the people along the trail down the middle.  The mound to the upper part of the trail was formed by lava that spewed about 1,900' into the air.  Beyond the trees behind the mound lies the Halemaʻumaʻu crater in the larger Kilauea Caldera.  The crater is currently home to a pool of lava and is an absolutely amazing site after dark.

So guys, my spring break is in early March, cuz I'm in Texas. Where's nice in early March? Friends have suggested California or Charleston/Savannah.

Alta/Snowbird works well in the spring too.     Nothing like a spring ski.
