Holliday also called one of Harper's fouls as "swing and a miss... I'm sorry, fouled off."

He got a hit?

Good at bats result in hits.
Well, not necessarily.  A good at-bat can result in a walk, for example.  Sometimes it results in a lineout.  Sometimes, it even results in a popout, because every pitch but the last was a quality one that was fought off or narrowly taken.  He was in a great position to get on base.  You have to look at process over results.

Should have bunted

Or we can be results-oriented and see that we're in exactly the same situation as if Harper had bunted... not sure there's any evidence at all that the Nats should have given up an out to get a runner from first to second with one out already in the books.  That's like, one of the worst times to bunt, even for a pitcher.

No. Harper made an out. It was a bad at bat.

.228/.284/.317 since June 16th. 26 strike outs to just 8 walks. Dude is struggling. He needs to be dropped in the order.

He probably did something egregious like park in Davey's spot.

Moore should have been batting for Flores with the bases loaded, one-out.

You have a very inflexible view of the world, and in any case he would have made an out if he'd bunted.  Now, does he need to be dropped in the order?  Maybe?  I guess?  Who do you want to replace him with, and why do you think such a small sample is so important when it's repeatedly been demonstrated that small samples tend to be mostly worthless?

three pitchers used, 28 pitches, and the Nats can't even score 1 run in the 7th inning there. Now they will get the Marlins' shut down relievers in the 8th and 9th. Cishek is a beast.
