He sounds like a guy who got thrown in the booth suddenly and hasn't done it in a while.  Why would Bob have the day after the all star break as a day off?  I'm guessing something happened.

he said before the break that he would miss this series. can't remember why, but i think it was some sort of family obligation.

:dibbs: said that MASN made them each take two series off during the season.  Perhaps Bob just took advantage of this chance for a longer vacation with his family.

The Marlins are #1 for increased attendance this year.  Nats are #2.
