I never thought of that. But some teams start their games at 1:10 or 1:40 so they are actually shaving 3 minutes from those times.

Must be a lunch time special game to encourage fans to eat at the stadium.

Lots of kids appear to be at the game..so it could be one of those games scheudle for local camps to bring kids
