MLB.TV and PROXIES

I know that MLB blacks out MLB.TV games geographically by detecting your IP.  I also know that you can go through a proxy server and thus fool them.  What I DON'T know is the address of any good, fast, safe, public proxy servers that we could use.

Ideas, anyone?
