Harper is hitting .350+ on his 2nd and 3rd AB, that is mind boggling to me.

FP butchers the pronunciation of Tony Conigliaro.

Now that should have been a strike, tomterp. The first pitch to Rasmus

Again, what has Alvarez done to get these calls?

I don't believe in the whole "deserves to get the calls" bs.

It's pretty simple - if the ball's over the plate it's a strike, if it's not it's a ball.

If Wang gets his control back, he's going to be very solid. Gets sick movement on all of his pitches.

Too bad it actually doesn't work that way.

Gameday showed it well outside, more than the Zimmerman ones.

Elevated pitch left up to Johnson. He can't keep getting behind hitters. 23 strikes, 21 balls

Isn't that where Hamels hit him with the pitch?

2 outs and no one on base. Then HBP and single in front of Bautista. Not good at all.

Too bad it actually doesn't work that way.

I was trying to quote Bobby Valentine's comments without wanting to take the time to research.  But I don't believe in treating pitchers differently.

Wang might have movement but if he can't control it and it runs down the middle..
