Venters plunked McCann hard on the kneecap - definitely a crossup - ball deflected into the camera well and McCann had to leave the game.

He made the right play on that. Has to make sure it doesn't get caught and be ready to tag. FP had it right on that. Heyward was close enough to that one that he had to make sure he at least ended up on 3rd regardless of what he did.
