I think that's it. Also the slow "hollowing out" of manufacturing from Pennsylvania west to Illinois or Wisconsin. I saw Buffalo around Auigust of '07, and it was spooky to drive from a hotel in the suburb of Auburn right down to the HSBC tower during rush-hour but never see a traffic build-up.
