Ideally, you'd want a guy with a good OBP who doesn't swing at the first pitch in the leadoff spot.
After that, you want a guy with a good OBP and who can hit (in our case, somewhat hit). Not a guy who's batting below .200
3-4-5 spots are fine but they'd be a lot better if they didn't have a guy batting sub .200 right after.
It would also be smart to have a semi-hot hitter in Ankiel batting close to guys who can get on base.
Ramos and Flores should also be batting higher/lower in the lineup because they are decent.
IMO, that would leave the guys like Bernadina/Espinosa/Nady batting on the lower half of the lineup.
