Ramos still can't catch a ball from someone other that the pitcher.

Their catcher gave us false hope.

I'll take 3 out of 4 and 2 out of 3 all year.  I'd rather get this game over rather than burn up the bullpen again.  We should be able to beat up on the Astros.

This team is not going to go .800 this season, but the way the umps handed the game makes me physically ill.

It was bound to happen.  I'd rather it happen on a day our #5 started than any other day.

i like how we score 5 runs for the first time in forever but we find a way to give up 7

Crap-ola. Oh well, Nats have won every series so far. Restart the winning ways against Houston.

Seriously, how does someone as incompetent as Diaz keep his job at this level?

Not really... there was no way he was going to sustain his .200ish BABIP from last year, but he does need to stop trying to go for groundouts.

The extremely naive stupidly-hopeful part of me is still believing in the possibility of a win....I can't help it  :|

Nathan and I were talking about this earlier...  they took 3/4, I'm much less concerned with this loss than I am with how they do against the Astros in 4 games.

Clipp is flirting with disaster here
He caught her...

11th   J Votto doubled to deep left, D Stubbs and Z Cozart scored.
11th   S Rolen singled to shallow center, J Votto scored.

Reds/Umps 5
Nationals    8

Win series, and all will be well.  Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
