I remember having conversations in 2002 with a baseball fanatic co-worker where I was sure that MLB would move the Expos to DC by 2003 rather than have them play home game in Puerto Rico, that's part of why I always thought that Williams got fleeced on the ballpark deal, they needed us more than we needed them.
