Looked safe. Oh well. Better to try that stuff in Spring Training than in the regular season.

Desmond hitting .310 this spring, OBP should be around .330 after tonight.

Such a small difference in OBP and AVG still isn't very impressive. I'm not convinced he's turned anything around.

But I'm more worried about Espi. He's really struggling right now at the plate. It's such a small sample size so I'm not quite ready for  :panic: but it's definitely not encouraging.

agreed, too early to judge Desmond, but still i'd rather see him coming out of spring hitting .300 than .215.
