"The Franchise" to return this year...

 Please be the Marlins!

pointless if it is any other team (actually the Red Sox could be interesting as well).

Rangers could be good- the pressure of coming so close two years in a row without winning.

Just finished watching Wolf's Rain. I have a lot of spare time during Break so I decided to give it a watch. Excellent visuals, writing, characterizations and accompanying music but all in all a very depressing series.

Or if they want an up and coming non-drama team that could possibly shock the world, film the Nats!!

I just want to see what it'd be like in our locker room so we can tell Phil Wood to shove it.

Nats are too white bread to be a ratings winner.

But It'd be cool to see all the young kids do their thing. Harper would be a big ratings grabber. Strasburg too. I'm just biased and want a 24/7 Nats crap just on MASN.

And boring.  Outside of Morse and the recently departed Livo, the rest of the Nats would make watching a night in Columbia Whites look exciting.

That's what I meant by white bread. Too wholesome and boring.

Shocking, MDS wants it to be the Marlins and not the Nats.  :lmao:

Guess what, any baseball team would be entertaining. However, I'd prefer the cameras stay away from our clubhouse.

I hope it's not the Marlins. My wife actually likes the show and I doubt she would like following Reyes, Ozzie, Hanley, LoMo and all those maroons.

It'd have potential here, especially if they can capture the internal battle over how to handle Harper and Strasburg's first full season.  I think Desmond would bring a fair bit of personality to the show, as well and we know LaRoche has his own hunting show, so there's that...

I don't think Rizzo would want anything to do with it.

I think the Marlins would be a good option for the Showtime Deportes version.

:nono:

Homey don't play that.  All I said was that the Nats, outside of Morse and the departed Livo, are a boring bunch of honkies.  How you got that I wanted them to document the Art Dealer Formerly Known as Jeff Loria's crew is beyond me.  Personally, I'd rather they do a team like the Brewers that are going to go through some pains this season or even the Pissburgh Irates.

Unfortunately this is true. But once Harper gets here, with guys like Storen, Strasburg, Espinosa...there's a good mix of guys. We need some jerks, though.

Harper is the ultimate white bread douchebag though.

Parks and Rec was pretty funny this past week. The ice rink scene was amazing.

That was a great episode.

The office, however, was one of the worst episodes ever, I thought. Really hated it...

I still can't believe they made a Napoleon Dynamite cartoon...  I bet that turd doesn't make it past the first 5 episodes.

That movie was a success because it could only happen once. The cartoon is going to suck, suck, suck.

Honestly I didn't even like the movie.  Boring as hell and all the passable humor could be summed up in a few awkward one-liners.

I can't imagine what a turd that's going to be.  Seriously, that had to have languished in development hell for almost a decade.

Shrug. I watched it with a couple of late-middle school/high school kids in the house. I could be that their affinity for the characters influenced my appreciation.
