Jim Thome being traded from the Phillies to the Orioles.  Astros trying to trade Carlos Lee to the Dodgers, but apparently Lee is vetoing the move.

What are the odds on Charlie Manuel getting the axe?

He's gone from genius to idiot in about 4-5 seasons.

The Dodgers are an epic disaster. Just 2 weeks ago they were the cream of the crop in baseball. Now they are about to lose their 11th game out of the last 12.

Ike Davis 3-Run blast. The Dodgers are embarrassing.

I'm not sure - they need some help to stay in the playoff chase, but they had one of the best DH situations in the AL.

And he will help them do that? The O's are out of it, their pitching has reverted to their normal levels. They are so plush with bust pitching prospects it's scary. Tillman, Arrieta, Britton, and now Matusz.

Epic error by Jay Bruce on a routine fly ball costs the Reds the game over the Giants. Walk off 2 run error. Amazing

Vogelsong got robbed of a win by shoddy bullpen work in the ninth. Grr.

How is Adam Kennedy the starting second baseman for the Dodgers? He was washed up with the Nationals a few years ago and now he's starting for a contender.

:lmao: Kershaw, 4 batters faced and non retired. Lucky to get one out on a pick off and the other on a baserunning gaffe. The Dodgers are so bad

I'd take the Nats AAA lineup over what the Dodgers are putting out there.

Dee Gordon .275 OBP leadoff :lmao:

Washed up bums Abreu, Rivera, and Kennedy batting 3-4-5 :lmao:

I'm not sure why he gets so much publicity and accolades.

.224/.275/.276 (.551 OPS) in 290 ABs. Absolutely dreadful. 61 Ks to 18 BBs too. Awful awful

Dee Gordon with a disastrous error on a tailor made DP ball. His 16th error of the season. Why hasn't he been sent down to AAA? Worst player in baseball.

And Dee Gordon commits another error. Terrible throw on a routine grounder. Costs the Dodgers another run. This kid sucks donkey dick.

Dee Gordon probably should head back down to the minors. Clayton Kershaw should be allowed to punch him in the nads.

How many stolen bags does Gordon have?  There's no way they're keeping him up for speed alone.
