Yes.
But keep in mind 2012 is his first full year of professional ball.
He didn't pitch at all in '09 (when he was drafted), missed all of 2010 and only saw action in 13 games last year.
If he pitches next year in Harrisburg he'll be 25, which would still make him a tick too old but wouldn't be anything out of the ordinary.
