But, FWIW, if getting caught in the rain caused people to get sick, then we'd be sick every time we took a shower or swam in the pool.
Mostly an old wives tale. My mother still thinks catching a cold is caused by being outside in cold weather.
Correct. And swimming right after a meal won't give you cramps, either.
