I'm usually up a few times a night due to kittens, but I don't stay up/stay up that early/late.

As OC mentioned it's a crapshoot but everything seems to point to 9/6. At least that's what I see/read/hear around the media in DC. As FP said that also means his first three starts would be in DC.
