You weren't specific and it wasn't a criticism anyway. The link I provided is the best list I have seen but I have my doubts that it is all inclusive; although closer than anything else I have seen.
It is the same number as Detriot. I am mildly curious at this point but not enough to count the others. It would be interesting to see the characterics of teams with stable rosters; be they good or ill.

He's on the 40-man roster. Putrid!
...and Atahualpa Severino. I haven't seen him enough to even have a real judgement. I just have no idea why he's on the 40-man roster...because he's left handed maybe??? I look at the Nationals organization like the solar system. The players on the 40-man, not on the 25 are in direct orbit of the major league team. They should be
good, certainly replacement level, at least.
Garrett Mock shouldn't be in that orbit.
